• All meals are prepared in a registered kitchen that complies with local council and Victorian food safety regulations.
• Our team is trained in safe food handling and hygiene practices, including temperature control, allergen management, and sanitisation.
• We follow strict cleaning schedules and food storage protocols to ensure freshness and safety.

• Meals are packaged in eco-friendly, tamper-evident containers and kept at safe temperatures during transport.
• Deliveries are made promptly within the Geelong, Surf Coast, and Bellarine regions to ensure meals arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.
• If no one is home, we’ll leave your order in a safe, shaded spot and notify you immediately.

NOTE: we do ask if you will not be home to leave a esky outside with ice packs for us to place meals.

• We proudly use seasonal, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible to support our regional producers.
• Allergen information is clearly listed on our menus and packaging. Please notify us of any dietary requirements when ordering.
